About The Job
We are looking for a skilled Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our team in Shippensburg, PA. As an Order Fulfillment Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately selecting GIANT Direct orders throughout the store, maintaining all company service policies and established procedures, including safety, food safety, and sanitation practices.
Responsibilities
- Select and prepare customer orders according to specifications
- Operate cash register and process transactions
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and promote excellent customer service
- Perform tasks such as bagging and loading orders, restocking shelves, and cleaning the sales floor
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
