Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and highly skilled Title Processor/Real Estate Assistant to join our team. This role requires someone with strong communication abilities, proficiency in real estate terminology, and the capability to manage multiple projects efficiently. The ideal candidate will assist in various title and real estate processes, work closely with the Real Estate Manager, Attorney, and other team members, and provide excellent client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Must be a Florida Notary.
- Demonstrate proficiency in title/real estate terminologies.
- Read and analyze title commitments to clear titles as needed.
- Order title products and follow through with the process to completion.
- Effectively multi-task and transition between various projects as required.
- Follow instructions from the Real Estate Manager or Attorney, and work independently to complete tasks.
- Communicate clearly and professionally via email and phone with clients, lenders, and team members.
- Experience with E-Closing processes is preferred.
- Assist with third-party reconciliation as needed.
- Collaborate with the Closer/Real Estate Manager through Teams, phone calls, or other communication platforms.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of the work.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Word, Adobe PDF, Excel, and open to learning new software products as needed.
Qualifications:
- Florida Notary required.
- Strong knowledge of title/real estate terminology.
- Experience with title commitments and clearing titles.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Word, Adobe .pdf, and Excel. Ability to quickly learn new software systems.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- E-Closing experience is a plus.
- Must be able to work on-site in our Coral Gables office.
