- Provide a nurturing and supportive environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Conduct activities that promote creativity, exploration, and learning through play.
- Monitor and assess children's progress, identifying areas for improvement or additional support.
- Collaborate with parents and teachers to ensure the best possible outcomes for each child.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom setting.
Experience:
- Previous experience working with young children.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is preferred.
- Familiarity with childhood development stages and caregiving techniques.
- Ability to provide toddler care and preschool care as needed.
- Strong classroom management skills.
