Memory Support Manager

We are looking for a LPN to provide caring and skilled support to our family of residents and supervise team members. Our environment is beautiful, the work is meaningful, and our team is collaborative!

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for all aspects of Memory Support to include, but not be limited to, programming, staffing, regulatory compliance, and delivery of high quality services as determined by the residents and their families.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Currently licensed as a LPN, and in good standing, with the Virginia State Board of Nursing.
• Previous experience (1-3 years) in a nursing capacity is preferred.
• Prior experience in a Skilled Nursing or Assisted living environment and with the geriatric population is a plus.
• Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations.

• Must possess or obtain a certification as a Dementia Practitioner.
