The Glenbrook Club is currently seeking candidates for a seasonal Lead Server/Supervisor position. Supervisors at The Glenbrook Club are responsible for creating an exceptional experience for our Members, their guests and the team. A Supervisor should be able to provide food and beverage recommendations and answer questions, based on detailed knowledge of the wine and cocktails menus including the food menu, as well as assist F&B Director with administration duties and managing the flow of service and all other positions. The Supervisor will also be active on the floor as a server. Commitment to outstanding service and excellent teamwork are essential. We believe that an amazing personality and can-do attitude will help make the experience for our members and teamates that much better.

The Glenbrook Club is a private club located on Lake Tahoe’s beautiful east shore in Glenbrook, Nevada. Club members and their guests enjoy a unique nine-hole golf course, Golf Shop and Clubhouse. The Glenbrook Club was established in 1926 as the first golf course in Nevada and has bene private since 1998. The course offers both beauty & challenge and has been listed by Golf Digest as one of the world’s most enjoyable nine-hole courses. Rounds producing the best score require accurate shot making, as golf great Ben Hogan noted while playing his 1948 exhibition on our course. In total, five Masters Champions have graced Glenbrook’s fairways through the years.

Hourly wages for seasonal Lead Server/ Supervisor position starts at $20/hour plus service charges and the potential for extra gratuities, commensurate upon prior experience and job qualifications. Our seasonal Lead Server/ Supervisor position will start mid-May through September and we offer flexible schedules.

Position Requirements

• Positive attitude, attention to detail, and great communication skills.
• Experience in management/ team leadership/ windows programs
• Must be willing to work weekends and holidays.
• A minimum of one year of related work experience is preferred
• Must be 21 years of age or older to be able to prepare/serve alcoholic beverages.
