Server/Bartender

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong background in the food and beverage industry. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests by providing exceptional customer service, crafting delicious cocktails, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Engage with customers, taking orders, providing recommendations, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Monitor inventory levels of supplies and ingredients, placing orders as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in setting up for events such as banquets or catering services, ensuring all necessary equipment is available.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices.
• Stay updated on current drink trends and brewing techniques to enhance the guest experience.

Experience

• Previous experience in a bartending role or similar position within the hospitality or restaurant industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of food service operations, including food handling and safety standards.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with brewing methods and cocktail preparation techniques is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
