What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full Time Floater/Child Care Teacher position at The Goddard School of Chagrin Falls, OH?
The Goddard School , an early childhood education center, is currently seeking an experienced, qualified, caring, and energetic Float / Resource Teacher. The Goddard School is much more than a day care. We provide care and education for infants , toddlers , preschool , pre-kindergarten , and school age children .
Our Resource Teachers are sometimes called ‘floaters’ because that’s what they do – they regularly ‘float’ between classrooms. Resource Teachers are very important to our school and support all the various ages and classrooms.
As a Float / Resource Teacher, you will :
- Lead hands-on activities to meet the needs and interests of the children.
- Communicate daily with parents. Document and share the important milestones in their child’s day.
- Keep the classroom safe and clean by following important procedures and guidelines.

Salary : $32,000 - $36,000
