The Goddard School in Independence is looking for a Program Excellence Manager & Classroom Mentor to help lead our team while bringing the Wonder of Learning curriculum to life!
Key Responsibilities :
Partner with the Director to oversee daily operations, staff development, and compliance
Step into classrooms to model best practices and ensure curriculum excellence
Create a warm, engaging environment where children and teachers flourish
Collaborate with families and staff to build a strong school community
Uphold Step Up to Quality standards, ensuring excellence in early education
Provide classroom support as needed to maintain ratios and high-quality learning experiences
Preferred Qualifications :
Experienced in a childcare office setting with leadership responsibilities
Knowledgeable about Step Up to Quality and best practices in early childhood education
Passionate about child-led discovery
Excited to emerge yourself into the Wonder of Learning curriculum
A strong communicator, problem solver, and team player
