The Goddard School® located in Dallas (Lake Highlands) is looking for a motivated, self-starter for a director position at our new school. A bachelor’s degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field and management experience in a licensed childcare center or preschool is preferred. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills and have a clear understanding of a developmentally appropriate learning program for young children. In addition, the candidate will possess the ability to motivate and inspire others.

The Director role includes :
- Overseeing operations including human resources, quality assurance and facility operations
- Implementing the School’s education program
- Supporting faculty development
- Developing strong relationships with School faculty and families
- Managing a budget
- Complying with state childcare licensing regulations
- Projecting a positive and upbeat attitude while working in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrating highly-effective organizational, time management and multitasking skills
