What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director position at Montessori School?
Our School is now taking applications for School Director. This is a full time position. Applicant must have a valid Director's License for the state of Texas and at least five years of Director experience. Montessori experience a plus!
This is a new center in the process of being built. Experience in marketing is needed.
Director Responsibilities include:
Overseeing all aspects of the School
HR / Staffing / Training / Supervising a staff of 25
Accounts receivable / payable
Child Care management system experience
Maintaining all minimum standards
Able to drive a 14 passenger bus if needed
Marketing (all kinds)
Director Qualities:
3 years working experience in a licensed child care center
Professional appearance
Proficient in Excel, Power Point, Word, etc.
Good parent / staff communicator
Excellent leadership skills
Good seller
The ability to multitask
Must work well with superiors
