Compensation : 50,000 - $55,000
Responsibilities :
- Monitor and process all paperwork related to the closing process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Top level customer service to all customers
- Negotiate repairs, oversee home inspections, and ensure a timely close of deals
- Maintain open communication between all parties and coordinate relevant details such as moving schedules
- Record customer information in the office database, track transaction activities, and submit the necessary documents to the broker for review
- Provide exceptional customer service by accurately and clearly communicating information both verbally and in writing
