This position offers compensation based on a percentage of the total case earnings, distributed as the case progresses.
Compensation :
60,000 - $70,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and other legal proceedings
- Draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, etc.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to provide accurate and timely advice to clients.
- Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients
- Maintain client confidentiality and uphold professional ethics and standards
- Taking care of the client's case from beginning to end without assistance.
