- Conducting thorough legal research using Lexis-Nexis to support case strategies
- Drafting legal documents and pleadings with precision, ensuring compliance with applicable laws
- Representing clients in mediations, taking and defending depositions, and attending court appearances
- Assisting to prepare cases for trial and overseeing own caseload with oversight from supervising attorney
