HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL
We're looking for a Client Service Representative to be part of our Service Team in Dallas within the Goldman Sachs Advisor Solutions business line.
As part of this role, you will be responsible for day-to-day management of multiple dedicated business to business relationships. You will ensure the overall satisfaction of these RIA firms. Through outstanding client service and problem solving, you will build meaningful relationships with various members of the advisory firms.
RESPONSIBILITES:
- In support of the Goldman Sachs Advisor Solutions (GSAS) platform, develop business to business relationships with Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs).
- Through world class client service, drive asset retention and new asset growth for the GSAS platform.
- Utilize strong industry knowledge to provide operational support of investment products and services.
- Drive customized solutions that match both the needs of RIAs and the GSAS platform.
- Collaborate with internal business partners to serve as an advisor advocate across the Goldman Sachs organization.
- Through outstanding verbal and written communication, explain complex information in simple terms.
- Provide direction to new advisors by anticipating problems and probing for underlying needs.
- Adhere to compliance/risk procedures and exhibit detailed attention to disclosure policies.
- Contribute to departmental and corporate goals.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years' client service experience, preferably in financial services, retail brokerage or at an investment advisory firm.
- Proven experience with fundamentals of providing service excellence, including skills to build rapport, determine client needs, and ability to educate clients/prospects on Goldman's products and services.
- Strong multi-tasking, time management and organizational skills.
- Robust problem-solving skills.
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills in both verbal and written formats.
- Strong technical skills including word processing, spreadsheet capabilities and the ability to support our clients as they utilize our web-based products.
- Salesforce experience preferred.
- Team player with demonstrated initiative/leadership through participation in job related groups or committees.
