Job Summary:
We are seeking a full-time, experienced, Immigration Attorney to join our Immigration Department. The Immigration Attorney must have a team mentality with a "go-getter" attitude. Candidate must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask to meet deadlines in a timely manner. This position presents a unique opportunity to join a dynamic practice and to quickly assume substantial responsibility under the guidance of experienced Immigration Attorneys.
Duties/Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will be expected to handle the entire process from the first consultation through completion of the immigration process and must have experience in the following areas:

- Individual Hearings
- Immigrant/Non-immigrant Visas;
- Adjustment of Status;
- Naturalization;
- Work permits;
- TPS;
- DACA;
- RFE;
- Removal Proceedings;
- Bond Hearings;
- Cancellation of Removal Proceedings;
- Application for Asylum and for Withholding of Removal;
- Waivers;
- EB-5 and H-1B;
- Drafting and submitting BIA Appeals
- Drafting and submitting Motions to Reopen/Reconsider; and
- Other duties assigned.
- Three (3) years of experience in Immigration Law;
- Licensed to practice in Texas and is in good standing preferred;
- Must be able to speak, read, and write Spanish fluently.
