Job Summary:

We are seeking a full-time, experienced, Immigration Attorney to join our Immigration Department. The Immigration Attorney must have a team mentality with a "go-getter" attitude. Candidate must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask to meet deadlines in a timely manner. This position presents a unique opportunity to join a dynamic practice and to quickly assume substantial responsibility under the guidance of experienced Immigration Attorneys.

Duties/Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will be expected to handle the entire process from the first consultation through completion of the immigration process and must have experience in the following areas:

  • Individual Hearings
  • Immigrant/Non-immigrant Visas;
  • Adjustment of Status;
  • Naturalization;
  • Work permits;
  • TPS;
  • DACA;
  • RFE;
  • Removal Proceedings;
  • Bond Hearings;
  • Cancellation of Removal Proceedings;
  • Application for Asylum and for Withholding of Removal;
  • Waivers;
  • EB-5 and H-1B;
  • Drafting and submitting BIA Appeals
  • Drafting and submitting Motions to Reopen/Reconsider; and
  • Other duties assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Three (3) years of experience in Immigration Law;
  • Licensed to practice in Texas and is in good standing preferred;
  • Must be able to speak, read, and write Spanish fluently.
