We’re hiring Sales Consultants for our Burnsville, Roseville, Woodbury, and Maple Grove locations!
As a member of our dynamic sales team, you’ll help customers find relief from foot, knee, hip, and back pain through our premium arch supports. If you are looking for a role where you can genuinely improve someone’s quality of life, then this is the opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through a consultative sales approach, guiding them through the fitting process
- Provide expert product knowledge and deliver exceptional customer service
- Resolve customer issues with professionalism and courtesy
- Follow up on sales, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
- Make sales and schedule appointments over the phone
- Achieve sales productivity standards and promote company programs and products
- Restock merchandise and assist with inventory
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
- Commission-based sales/retail experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and driven with a passion for customer service
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, squatting, and climbing
- Weekends required
