Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced culinary environment. Duties

• Operate dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, pots, pans, and utensils efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area, ensuring that all items are stored properly after cleaning.
• Assist with bussing tables and clearing away used dishes during peak service times.
• Support kitchen staff by helping with basic food preparation tasks as needed.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Participate in maintaining the overall cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas.
• Help during banquet services by managing large volumes of dishware effectively.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of food handling procedures and sanitation practices is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
• Willingness to assist in various kitchen tasks beyond dishwashing when necessary.
• A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent service.
