The Good and the Beautiful is seeking a qualified individual interested in part-time work as a Customer Support Representative.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer emails
- Navigate multiple systems and programs
- May be assigned to social media for commenting and messages
- May be assigned to process refunds, vendor orders, and more
- Projects and assignments as needed by management
- Continued knowledge about products offered, inventory, website, blog details, etc.
Requirements
- Knowledgeable about products offered, websites, videos, blog details, etc.
- Proficient computer skills to access necessary programs and respond to customers in a timely manner
- Prior customer support experience preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
This is a remote position where you will need to supply your own internet and computer equipment. You must be able to commit to 3-4 uninterrupted, scheduled shifts up to 5 hours in duration, per week.
There are no guaranteed hours and this could be a temporary position depending on the future needs of the company. 25 maximum hours per week.
