Our Jewish not-for-profit client is looking for an Associate Director of Gift Processing to join their NYC Team! The Associate Director will ensure efficient gift processing by managing the staff, working with several departments, and providing overall exceptional service. This role will sit in the IT Department, managing the donor gift processing function and staff.
Gift processing experience is required!

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Gift Processing Management: Lead the gift processing team, assist with data entry as needed, resolve donor issues, and ensure proper handling of pledge and gift payments. Focus on improving processes for gift acknowledgment, tax substantiation, and pledge reminders. Safeguard financial data and ensure accurate documentation.
- Reporting and Analysis: Collaborate with National Development to prepare financial performance and campaign revenue reports. Provide updates on daily, weekly, and monthly gift reports and manage forecasting and receivables reports.
- Finance Collaboration: Ensure alignment between financial and donor management systems (NetSuite, Raiser’s Edge NXT). Oversee the creation and mapping of new gift codes and work closely with development and finance teams to improve systems.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 years in nonprofit gift processing
- Supervisory experience is required.
- Familiarity with Raiser’s Edge NXT or similar database
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or equivalent experience
Salary : $80,000 - $120,000
