We are a Hospitality Agency headquartered in New York City, collaborating with a premier catering company in Philadelphia to provide staffing for their events. We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced On-Call Event/Banquet Servers to join our team and assist in delivering outstanding events. The compensation is anticipated to be between $20 and $21 per hour. We offer flexible shifts, allowing you to select opportunities that suit your schedule through job notifications sent via an app.

Candidates should possess at least one year of experience in Banquet Serving, including seated plated dinners and cocktail pass-arounds. Event Servers are tasked with ensuring positive guest interactions while serving in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner. It is essential for servers to remain attentive to guests’ needs, ensuring they feel welcome, comfortable, valued, and relaxed. Servers play a crucial role in the success of each event.

Adherence to proper serving etiquette and techniques is expected as part of the events team. This is a W-2 position, and candidates must comply with I-9 regulations, providing appropriate identification. Our client maintains high grooming standards, which will be discussed during the interview process. Previous experience in a similar capacity is preferred.

Candidates must adhere to our dress code, which includes a black or white button-down dress shirt, a plain white polo shirt, black dress pants, a black tie, black dress shoes, and black socks. A proper uniform and a well-groomed appearance are essential.
