We are seeking a passionate and results-driven General Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining high service standards, optimizing operational efficiency, and driving profitability while fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Leadership
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring seamless service and efficiency.
- Maintain high food quality, presentation, and service standards in alignment with brand expectations.
- Monitor restaurant cleanliness, ambiance, and overall guest experience, making necessary improvements as needed.
- Implement and uphold all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of managers and staff to deliver exceptional service.
- Manage recruiting, hiring, and onboarding processes to build a strong, motivated team.
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching, and develop team members through training programs.
- Create and maintain a positive, inclusive, and team-oriented work culture.
- Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Analyze sales trends, labor costs, and food/beverage costs to maximize profitability.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and guest retention.
- Ensure compliance with all financial procedures, including cash handling, inventory management, and reporting.
- Ensure an exceptional dining experience by maintaining high-quality service and hospitality.
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Monitor guest feedback through online reviews, surveys, and direct interactions to drive improvements.
- Uphold brand values and ensure the restaurant remains a top dining destination.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a high-volume or fine dining setting.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with a passion for hospitality.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proven financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification
- TIPS Alcohol Service Certification
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around the restaurant for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
