Our current operating hours:
- Thursday 4pm to 8pm
- Friday 4pm to 8pm
- Saturday 12pm to 8pm
- Sunday 11am to 2pm

Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to lead our culinary team and oversee all kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, exceptional leadership skills, and a strong understanding of food safety and production. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for creating innovative menus, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring the highest quality of food service.
Responsibilities
- Develop and design creative menus that reflect current food trends while meeting customer preferences.
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation.
- Schedule and supervise kitchen staff, providing training and guidance to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality output.
- Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste.
- Collaborate with catering teams to plan and execute special events or large-scale functions.
- Monitor food production processes to maintain quality standards and consistency in dishes served.
- Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and creativity among kitchen staff.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role within the food industry.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety practices, and culinary techniques.
- Experience in catering services is preferred but not required.
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse group of individuals.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in food preparation and presentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
- A culinary degree or equivalent experience is preferred but not mandatory.
