Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Human Resources Manager to join our team. As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR department and ensuring compliance with employment labor laws. The HR Manager is responsible for fostering a great working environment, employee retention, career development and human resources productivity; as well as recruiting, interviewing processes, on-boarding, employee record keeping and compensation/ benefits. The HR Manager effectively collaborates with the Leadership Team as necessary. Duties:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment labor laws
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions
- Oversee payroll administration, including payroll processing, managing benefits enrollment, and ensuring accurate payroll calculations
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and disciplinary actions
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including conducting new hire orientations and exit interviews
- Maintain accurate employee records and data collection using HRIS systems such as ADP or Paycom
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in human resources management
- Supports and leads other Organizational initiatives, project and priorities as needed and as assigned

- Proficient in payroll administration and HRIS systems
- Solid understanding of employment labor laws and regulations

Qualifications:
- Associate degree or higher (or commensurate experience) in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- 4 or more years of experience in payroll processing and benefits administration, preferably in a managerial/supervisory role
- Strong understanding of payroll laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in payroll software (preferably Paycom or ADP) and MS Office suite
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented approach
- Professional Human Resource Certification (PHR), Senior Professional Human Resource Certification (SPHR), SHRM-Certified Professional (CP) and/or SHRM-Senior Certified Professional (SCP) highly preferred.
