Human Resources Key Responsibilities
- Coordination: Administer a variety of HR programs and activities, including employee relations, benefits administration, PTO management.
- Payroll Management: Oversee and process weekly payroll accurately and timely.
- HR Support: Respond to inquiries regarding HR issues such as pay, staffing, and benefits, providing clear and concise information.
- Recruitment Assistance: Collaborate with department heads to assess staffing needs, serve as a point of contact, conduct interviews, screen candidates, and onboard new employees.
- Employee Relations: Address and resolve employee concerns regarding employment data and HR processes.
- Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate employee records and files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Administrative Support: Provide additional administrative support as required.
Human Resources Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
- Knowledge of HR policies, federal/state/local employment laws, and best practices.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively across all levels of the organization while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work collaboratively with others.
- Bachelor’s Degree in any concentration (preferred).
- 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources (preferred).
