Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled Full Charge Bookkeeper with 5 years of experience in hotel management software,M3, excel. The ideal candidate will handle all bookkeeping duties, including creating budgets, managing payroll, and maintaining accurate financial records for the hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all accounting functions for the hotel
- Create and manage hotel budgets
- Process payroll and ensure timely payment
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
- Prepare monthly and annual financial reports
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in hotel bookkeeping
- Proficient in hotel management software (e.g.,M3, Opera, Maestro, etc.)
- Strong understanding of hotel budgeting and payroll management
- Experience with financial reporting and reconciliation
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Salary: $75K-85K Annual Bonus (based on experience)
