What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time Front Desk Night Auditor position at The Grand Hotel?
The Grand Hotel is located in historic downtown McKinney and has recently taken over new ownership.
The hotel has just completed renovation and is looking for a part time night auditor for the 11pm-7am overnight shift.
Tasks/Duties/Skills:
- Effectively deals with guest requests via phone, email and in person
- Maintains accurate records such as cash deposits
- Ensures common area/lobby is clean
- Monitors guest activity and noise level throughout the night
- Walk all floors to check for breakfast orders
- Review any guest issues with staff from prior shift
- Review all in-house reservations to verify folio balance is accurate
- Review all arrivals for the following day to ensure rates are accurate
- Maintain/account for cash drawer
- Brew coffee for guests and set up coffee bar by 6am
- Alert management and/or opening staff member to any issues or concerns
- Ensure guest safety and hotel security throughout the shift.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
