Food and Beverage Administrator (part time)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the F&B department, including data entry, record-keeping, and document management.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for order placements, invoices, and payments.
  • Prepare reports related to inventory, sales, and expenses.
  • Support communication between the kitchen, service staff, and management.
  • Handle email correspondence, phone calls, and other inquiries related to F&B operations.
  • Assist in event planning and execution within the F&B department.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the F&B Manager.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Previous FOH (server, host, bartender) experience in the F&B industry preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Opera.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Working Hours:

  • Part-time role.
  • Will require occasional evening, weekend, and holiday work based on business needs.
