Outdoor Pool Server

Join our seasonal pool server team! Food service is expected to begin on May 22nd, 2025.  Enjoy great perks from day 1, including hotel, restaurant and spa discounts. Weekends and holidays are a must. Must be over 21 and be able to communicate clearly in English (read, speak, and write.)

Our company is looking for a Pool Server to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions
• Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards
• Other duties as assigned
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
• Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods
• Responsible for personal hygiene, grooming, clean uniform, and professional appearance
• Responsible for punctuality when reporting to work
• To perform other duties as directed by your supervisor 
• Assist in providing the pool amenities to guests
• Serve food & beverage orders in a friendly, professional, and timely manner
• Clear tables during service. Control guest checks and secure proper payment
• Provide exceptional service
• Full knowledge of F&B menus and offerings

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, and move around the dining area for extended periods of time (up to 8 hours).
• Ability to lift and carry heavy trays, food, and beverage orders (up to 25 pounds).
• Ability to bend, squat, and reach in order to serve guests and retrieve items from shelves or storage areas.
• Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment with high noise levels.
• Good physical stamina and mobility to efficiently serve a high volume of customers throughout shifts.
