We are currently seeking dedicated RN Supervisors for all shifts, with flexible scheduling options to fit your lifestyle! Choose from 8-hour, 12-hour, or 16-hour shifts; we can also accommodate Weekend Only schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer high-quality nursing care to residents.
- Develop and implement resident treatment and care plans.
- Monitor and report any changes in resident symptoms or behaviors.
- Communicate effectively with collaborating physicians and specialists regarding resident care.
- Educate residents on health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all residents.
- Provide emotional support to residents and their families.
Qualifications:
- Current New York State RN license in good standing.
- Familiarity with NYS Department of Health regulations and guidelines.
- Previous experience in long-term care preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
