The Grand Healthcare System is actively seeking a Interventional Care Nurse. In this role, you will provide a broad range of clinical IV infusion therapies and respiratory care to our patients at The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing at South Point!
Responsibilities
- Skillfully providing one-on-one infusion nursing care visits, respiratory care and patient education in accordance with the physician’s plan of treatment
- Assessing the patient’s condition and response to therapy, taking action as needed to facilitate achievement of treatment goals
- Establishing trust and building therapeutically effective relationships with our patients and their families
- Compassionately taking care of patients in order to allow them to recover by using your clinical IV capabilities and personal touch
Qualifications:
- NY RN license required with a minimum of one year infusion experience
- Accept cases with flexibility (morning, afternoon, evenings and weekends)
- Must have reliable transportation
- Full COVID-19 vaccination and/or proof of weekly negative testing
- Excellent critical thinking skills
- Must be organized, responsible and dependable
