What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Estimator position at The Granite Group?
As a Commercial Estimator for The Granite Group, your day will be working in the field to prepare cost estimates and job quotes for commercial and mechanical contractor customers within a specified region. You will have the flexibility to work alongside contractors, engineers and Granite Group sales personnel with identifying products needed, specifying, troubleshooting, problem solving and quoting. Your knowledge and our resources will give you the opportunity to make significant changes in your community, by giving customers options and solutions. You can make changes to help our environment, improve the longevity of building health and make spaces safer for generations to come.
Knowledge, Skill And Abilities
Solid product knowledge and attention to detail.
Sales aptitude and ability.
Time management, organizational and communication skills.
Education And Experience
College Degree or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
