Camp Mi-Te-Na Kitchen Team Leader
At The Granite YMCA, we are seeking a skilled Camp Mi-Te-Na Kitchen Team Leader to oversee our kitchen operations. This is a full-time, part-time or temporary role that involves leading a team of six staff members in delivering exceptional dining experiences.
The ideal candidate will have relevant expertise in food service, food handling, and kitchen operations. They will be responsible for aiding in food preparation, cleaning, and sanitization, as well as teaching the other kitchen staff to work effectively as a team.
This role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to supervise staff, maintain a clean environment, and coach team members to bring out the best in them.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including room and board, and the opportunity to live on-site or commute. Staff children, grandchildren, and youth dependents are eligible for free camp at either Mi-Te-Na or our sister camp, Camp Foss.
