Camp Gundalow in Greenland is seeking Program Specialists for the summer 2025 season! If you are looking for a fulfilling summer job where you can lift up others in your community, gain valuable management experience and cultivate positive culture change – this is the opportunity for YOU!
Our camp, a traditional outdoor summer day camp serves youth ages 5-12 while coaching campers to build relationships, try new things, make memories, and ensure camper safety all while having fun and acting as positive role models. We strive to build supportive and empowering teams to help all team members show up as their best and most authentic selves, so that you can learn, grow and thrive during your tenure at the Y.
The Program Specialist is responsible for planning activities and curriculum for their designated program area, facilitating activities to groups of campers ages 5-12 and supporting in other areas of camp as needed. This is an excellent opportunity to take your area of interest, develop your own program, and practice project management skills throughout the summer. Take your expertise and share it with others and make their summer one to remember!
