Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Barista / Server / Host / Busser to join our team. In this role, you will be the a point of contact for our guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued while providing exceptional service throughout their dining experience. You will also assist with food preparation and maintain a clean and organized environment, contributing to the overall success of our café.
Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments using Aloha POS system.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, including coffee selections and daily specials.
- Assist in food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety standards.
- Ensure cleanliness of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Manage time effectively to balance multiple tasks during busy periods.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism and courtesy.

Qualifications
