Food Expeditor

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Expeditor to join our team in a fast-paced culinary environment. The Expeditor plays a crucial role in ensuring that food orders are prepared and delivered promptly, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff and servers to enhance the overall dining experience.

Duties

• Coordinate food orders between the kitchen and service staff to ensure timely delivery of meals.
• Monitor the preparation of dishes to ensure they meet quality standards before serving.
• Assist with food preparation and culinary tasks as needed, including bussing tables and helping cooks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, adhering to food handling safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with team members to resolve any issues that may arise during service.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing any guest inquiries or concerns related to their orders.

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
