Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced CBT Therapy Instructor to manage a 5-week, online resilience course designed specifically for nurses. The course is already created and will be delivered remotely via pre-recorded video lectures, assessments, and comprehensive activities. The role of the instructor is to serve as a subject matter expert, help students through the material where necessary and to manage a set of 5, pre-structured online sessions with a cohort of 20 students. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare, especially nursing, and a strong background in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
Responsibilities:
- Complete the resilience course themselves (compensation: $500)
- Facilitate five, 1.5-hour live-online sessions (1 session per week for 5 weeks) with a group of 20 students (compensation: $1,000)
- Provide feedback on student assignments and respond to student inquiries (compensation: $500)
Qualifications:
- Certified CBT practitioner with experience in therapy instruction
- Strong preference for candidates with healthcare experience, particularly in nursing
- Experience in facilitating online learning is a plus
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Compensation:
- Total: $2,000
Schedule:
- Must be available in the evenings (after 3pm) for the following sessions:
- Monday November 4th
- Monday November, 11th
- Monday November, 18th
- Monday November,25th
- Monday, December 2nd.
