At The Green Fuse, our Maintenance Team is responsible for keeping our clients' properties looking beautiful and pristine. You will work with a team to keep these properties healthy and happy. Our clients' properties receive personalized service from a staff of highly-trained and passionate team members who use industry-best methods and sustainable landscape management practices.
The Green Fuse, a female-owned company, in its 25th year of business, is an A Better Business Bureau rated company. Our services include landscape design, installation and garden maintenance. We provide specialized landscape services to Denver-Metro residents, focusing on native and xeric plant material in our installations. Furthermore, we are not your typical landscape company; we do not mow lawns nor provide cookie-cutter designs.
Summary :
The Landscape Maintenance Field Technician is responsible for performing a variety of work tasks to complete grounds maintenance service contracts. The Landscape Maintenance Field Technician will be required to operate a variety of tools and equipment to carry out specific job tasks. We're looking for plant enthusiasts!

Job Duties :
Responsible for maintaining gardens under the direction of the Crew Lead
Perform job in an effective manner to ensure optimum job efficiency and effectiveness
Use and operate tools and equipment used in landscape maintenance
Tree, shrub and plant examination and treatment
Care for growing plants by checking irrigation, pruning, weeding, cultivating, and removing dead or damaged leaf tissue
Inspect, handle, and transport nursery stock
Prune trees and shrubs
General garden maintenance
Perform other manual duties to clean and maintain landscaped environments, shop and equipment
Comply with all company policies and regulations
Work in accordance with all local health and safety laws and regulations
- Communicate with customers in a polite and courteous manner
Requirements :
Plant knowledge and identification, specifically trees, shrubs and perennials
Excellent observation skills and a strong attention to detail a must
Minimum 1 year of experience
Physically fit with strong stamina
Ability to follow safe working procedures
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work both independently with little supervision and as part of a team
Speak, read and write English - English / Spanish speaking a plus
Must possess a valid driver’s license
Job requires ability to work with hand tools, small engine equipment, and materials
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Requires good manual dexterity
Excellent stamina is required
Work outdoors in various conditions including heat and humidity, rain, dust, noise, and cold
5 day work week (Monday- Friday)
40 - 45 hours
If weekend work is available it is on a voluntary basis
