Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesDescription:

We are seeking an Audio Visual Technician to join our team at TGTG, LLC. This role is essential for providing technical support and maintenance for audio-visual systems, ensuring seamless operations for our clients. Your expertise will contribute significantly to achieving our clients' business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain audio-visual equipment and systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to audio-visual technologies
• Provide field service support for client installations and events
• Collaborate with clients to understand their audio-visual needs and provide tailored solutions
• Maintain accurate records of equipment inventory and service reports
• Ensure compliance with safety standards during installations and maintenance
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
• Proven experience as an Audio Visual Technician or similar role
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and low voltage wiring
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings
• Experience with software troubleshooting related to AV systems
• Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction
• Field service experience is preferred
