Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesDescription:
We are seeking a Help Desk Specialist III to join our team at TGTG, LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our IT infrastructure while ensuring the reliability and performance of our systems. Your expertise will play a critical role in supporting our mission to provide exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced technical support for hardware and software issues across various platforms
- Assist users with desktop support, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Windows operating systems
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries via helpdesk ticketing systems such as Jira
- Deliver exceptional customer service by effectively communicating with clients to understand their needs
- Document all technical issues and resolutions for future reference and training purposes
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
- 5 years of experience required
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
- Experience with IPsec, FTP, ESXi, and Juniper technologies is preferred
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server and operating systems administration
- Experience with network administration and troubleshooting software issues
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
