Duties And Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform the following essential duties satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned to address business needs and changing business practices.
- Ensures compliance with established internal control procedures by examining records, reports, operating practices, and documentation
- Completes audit forms by documenting audits findings
- Appraises adequacy of internal control systems
- Communicate audit findings by preparing final report and discussing findings with auditees
- Maintains documentation in the shop
- Assists in the development of documentation and operating procedures
- Investigates and follows up on audit findings
- Assists in training employees in the understanding of control procedures and regulations to reduce errors
- Investigates and documents the scope of problems and identifies and determines whether issues are systemic or isolated in nature.
- Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement and develop strategies to implement

Minimum Qualifications
- 1 years manufacturing experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SmartSheet
- Ability to keep accurate records in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to accurately demonstrate visual inspection
- Ability to follow written procedures
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Possesses extensive understanding of Quality and Manufacturing processes
- Proficient with Quality Systems, Process Requirements, Regulatory Requirements
- Ability to work both independently and with a team
- Ability to collaborate and communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing, at all levels of the organization.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 years experience in Engineering
