Essential Job Functions
Position : Surveillance Supervisor in Training
Department : Surveillance
Primary Responsibilities : (guest interaction, ordering responsibilities, clean up duties, clerical responsibilities, etc.)
- Directs special observations as requested by Surveillance Management or Casino Management.
- Supervise, schedule, and evaluate surveillance operators.
- Communicates clearly and directly with Surveillance Operators concerning performance expectations, productivity, and accountability.
- Oversees the implementation of departmental policies and goals.
- Responsible for continuing training in surveillance technology.
- Monitors that the CCTV / CCVS system is safe and secure and performs troubleshooting when necessary.
- Responsible to know all policies and procedures of all departments on the gaming floor.
- Reports any violations of procedures to the appropriate personnel.
