What You’ll Do:
- Lead and Inspire: Supervise and mentor landscape professionals, ensuring every team member performs at their best.
- Operational Excellence: Develop and implement efficient landscape maintenance plans, with a strong focus on irrigation systems.
- Drive Results: Manage resources, budgets, and project timelines to deliver outstanding results within budget.
- Client-Centered Approach: Partner with Account Managers in client meetings and estimate designs, offering solutions that delight and exceed client expectations.
- Sell & Innovate: Expand your influence by selling irrigation services independently, with or without base contracts.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure all operations align with safety standards, regulations, and best practices.
