We are seeking an experienced Senior Living Sales Counselor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving census growth through strategic sales initiatives, building relationships with prospective residents and their families, and meeting established sales goals.
Key Responsibilities- Generate and qualify new leads through cold calling, networking, and community outreach
- Conduct professional tours of our senior living community for prospective residents and their families
- Follow up promptly with prospects through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings
- Accurately document all prospect interactions and sales activities in our CRM system
- Develop and implement personalized sales strategies to increase occupancy rates
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and conversion metrics
- Collaborate with interdepartmental teams to ensure smooth transitions for new residents
- Represent our community at external events, health fairs, and marketing functions
- Stay current on competitor offerings, pricing structures, and market conditions
- Minimum 5 years of experience in senior living sales or related healthcare sales
- Proven track record of improving census and meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated with strong time management abilities
- Accountability for meeting and reporting on sales metrics
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales documentation
- Compassionate approach to working with seniors and their families
- Ability to work some evenings and weekends as required
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered
