We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Manager to oversee the operations of our 55 residential community. As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for Sales, Activities and ensuring the overall satisfaction of residents, managing property maintenance, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the community, including leasing, rent collection, and resident relations.
- Handle resident inquiries, complaints, and conflicts in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate and organized resident files, lease agreements, and other important documents.
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, ensuring that work is completed in a timely manner and within budget.
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure quality service delivery.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify any maintenance or safety issues.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new residents.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
