Duties include :
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for multiple construction projects.
Record and categorize all financial transactions, including expenses, invoices, receipts, and payments.
Prepare and process invoices for clients, subcontractors, and vendors in a timely manner.
Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure prompt payment.
Track and reconcile project-related expenses, including materials, labor, equipment, and overhead costs with project budgets.
Process lien releases.
Be the first point of contact for vendors and customers.
Answer office phone calls.
Perform various administrative tasks, such as filing and typing.
Other duties as assigned.
Candidates for the full-charge bookkeeper position should have 5 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in the construction industry. Working knowledge of QuickBooks and MS Excel are also preferred.
