Become a part of the Halcyon Center, a program that serves adults in Massachusetts with autism and developmental disabilities, offering on-going education, experiences and a supportive staff that emphasizes the individuals' role in making choices; thereby giving them the greatest control of the direction of their own life. This position provides supervision to clients in a group home setting. DSPs/Residential Behavior Specialists work with a supportive team that includes the Residential Manager and more!
Education, Experience and Skills:
- Must have a High School diploma.
- Experience with working with individuals who have autism and developmental disabilities is preferred, but we also welcome persons new to the field who are willing to learn and make a difference.
A valid driver's license maintained in good standing for a minimum of three years.
