We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Sales Representative to join our team. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, identifying new business opportunities, and nurturing existing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new commercial business opportunities, develop strong pipelines for existing clients, and utilize social media and networking to expand professional connections.
- Account Management: Foster and strengthen client relationships through effective communication and proactive problem-solving, expand existing accounts by delivering exceptional service, maintaining regular contact, conducting site visits, identifying upsell opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Sales Performance Metrics: Track and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize strategies and achieve targets.
Qualifications
- Industry Experience: 2 years of customer-facing sales experience, preferably in the lawn care and snow removal industry.
- Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
