We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Landscape Services Director to join our team. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing landscape services strategies to achieve revenue targets, identifying new business opportunities, and nurturing existing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Landscape Services: Develop and implement landscape services strategies to achieve revenue targets, identify new business opportunities, and nurture existing client relationships.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations, understand their needs, and deliver solutions that meet their property maintenance goals.
- Sales Performance Metrics: Track and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize strategies and achieve targets.
Qualifications
- Industry Experience: 2 years of customer-facing sales experience, preferably in the lawn care and snow removal industry.
- Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
