Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing overall grounds maintenance operations, including routing, quality control, and staffing.
- Developing relationships with customers, identifying 'contract extra work' opportunities, and implementing safety training and equipment maintenance programs.
- Maintaining a positive company culture, resolving issues among staff, and providing necessary training.
- Implementing Grounds Guys franchise systems effectively and efficiently throughout the business.
- Managing personnel functions, including hiring, promoting, merit recommendations, disciplinary actions, and vacation schedules.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
