We're seeking a dedicated Industrial Maintenance Team Member to join our team. As a front-line employee, you'll be the boots on the ground, responsible for delivering high-quality industrial maintenance services. You'll work outdoors in all weather conditions, performing physical tasks that require lifting and carrying equipment weighing up to 80 pounds.

As an Industrial Maintenance Team Member, your key responsibilities will include:

• Performing basic tasks related to industrial maintenance at high levels of quality and service delivery
• Ensuring everything is wrapped up and set to go for the next day
• Collaborating with the team to achieve exceptional customer service and quality control

Success in this role will be measured by:

• Attendance: Meeting customer service goals requires being present as required by your supervisory team
• Budget vs Actual Hours: Managing time planned and spent at each job to maintain profitability
• Return Rates: Ensuring quality control to minimize the need for rework
• Customer Retention: Building strong relationships with customers to ensure their loyalty
• Full Utilization of Software & Processes: Leveraging tools to support exceptional service delivery

Required qualifications for this position include:

• Prior experience in industrial, cleaning, painting, or similar service industries
• OSHA10 Certification and Contract Specific Tier 1 training (training will be provided if necessary)
